The terms that apply to our website, trading software, mentorship and community.

01. Who we are and acceptance
These Terms and Conditions apply to billionairesforexacademy.com and the education, mentorship and trading software offered by Billionaires Forex Academy Limited, based in Dar es Salaam, Tanzania (“we”, “us”, “our”). By using our services or placing an order, you agree to these terms. You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter a contract. We serve customers worldwide, subject to applicable local laws; you are responsible for checking whether you may lawfully use the services where you live.
02. Our services
Our offerings include the Tinga Tinga Trading Bot, forex mentorship and a free WhatsApp community channel. The bot is automated trading software for the platforms and markets described on its product page. Mentorship includes educational guidance and live sessions as described on the website. The description and price shown when you order define your purchase. Access to the free channel does not include paid products or mentorship.
03. Trading risk and educational purpose
Our content, mentorship, market perspectives and software are provided for education and trading-tool use. They do not constitute personalised financial or investment advice. Trading involves substantial risk, including loss of your entire trading capital. No profit, accuracy level, return or protection against loss is guaranteed. Past performance, examples and testimonials do not predict your results. You remain responsible for your broker, trading decisions, account settings, risk controls and monitoring of automated activity. Seek independent professional advice when needed.
04. Bot licence and permitted use
A purchase grants one licence to use the Tinga Tinga Trading Bot across multiple devices for the purchaser’s own use. Multiple-device use does not grant permission to share, sell, sublicense or distribute the software or licence to others. Ownership of the software and related intellectual property remains with its owners. Do not copy for redistribution, bypass licence controls or reverse engineer the software except where applicable law permits. Where lifetime access is advertised, it describes the purchased access entitlement; it is not a promise of lifetime profits, uninterrupted operation or support and updates beyond the terms expressly supplied with your purchase.
05. Setup, access and compatibility
You are responsible for a compatible device, trading platform, broker account, internet connection and correct installation and configuration. Review the current product requirements before ordering. Broker restrictions, connectivity, platform changes and device settings can affect operation. Never send your trading-account password or other sensitive credentials by ordinary email. Contact us if the delivered product has a technical fault.
06. Mentorship and community use
Mentorship is delivered as described on the website, including one-to-one Zoom sessions for the advertised programme. Customers may not voluntarily cancel mentorship bookings or claim refunds for change of mind, non-attendance or unused sessions, except where mandatory law requires otherwise. Contact us promptly about scheduling difficulties; a request does not guarantee rescheduling. Do not record, redistribute or commercially reuse course materials or sessions without permission. Use community channels respectfully and do not post scams, abusive content or unlawful material.
07. Orders and refunds
Check your order and contact information before submitting it. The Refund Policy sets out our 14-day commercial refund arrangement for qualifying faults in the bot. Setup and client-side issues do not qualify under that arrangement. This does not exclude remedies required by law for defective, misdescribed or undelivered services or digital content. No term here automatically removes a statutory cancellation right or substitutes for any legally required express consent.
08. Website content and third-party services
Website materials, branding and educational resources are protected by intellectual property laws. You may use them for your personal learning, but may not reproduce or distribute them commercially without permission. Links and integrations with platforms such as WhatsApp, Zoom and trading platforms are subject to their own terms. Availability and conduct of independent third parties are outside our control.
09. Availability, responsibility and limits
We take reasonable care in providing our services, but cannot promise uninterrupted website access or error-free third-party systems. To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for trading losses or indirect or consequential losses caused by market movements, your trading decisions, incorrect setup, or independent third-party failures. Nothing excludes liability for fraud, wilful misconduct or any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, or removes mandatory consumer rights. We may restrict access for material misuse or unlawful conduct, subject to applicable law.
10. Privacy, changes and applicable law
Our Privacy Policy explains how personal information is handled. We may update these terms prospectively; the date above identifies the current version. Changes do not retrospectively remove rights attached to an existing purchase. These terms are governed by Tanzanian law, subject to any mandatory protections and court rights applicable in your country of residence. Please contact us first about a complaint so we can seek a resolution.
